Cancellation Policy

Because all products at BlueJose are made-to-order and produced specifically for each customer, we begin processing orders immediately after payment is successfully received.
Orders may only be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.
If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact our Customer Support team immediately at: support@bluejose.com
Requests submitted after the 6-hour cancellation window cannot be guaranteed as the order may already be in production.

Cancellation Fee:

If a cancellation request is approved within the allowed time window, a 30% management, processing, and transaction fee will be deducted from the total order value.
This fee covers costs that are non-recoverable once the order is placed, including but not limited to:
- Payment processing and transaction fees
- Order processing and administrative costs
- Production preparation and fulfillment system allocation
The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
